One night in town
I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Beyond Arctic, and I can’t praise them highly enough. Another provider had cancelled on me at the very last minute due to weather, and I was only in town for one night. I thought my chance to see the Northern Lights was gone but Beyond Arctic completely surpassed my expectations.
They accepted my last-minute booking without hesitation and even picked me up despite my accommodation being outside their usual pickup area. That alone showed how reliable and accommodating they are. There were no last-minute cancellations, no excuses about the weather, just a determined, expert team who clearly know how to find the Northern Lights even in less-than-ideal conditions.
They provided free weather-appropriate clothing for everyone, which made a huge difference on a cold night, and also took professional photos at no extra cost. Those photos are stunning memories I’ll treasure forever.
It turned into a fantastic night under the Arctic sky, and I’m especially grateful to Finn, who clearly loves what he does. His passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the whole experience even more special.
Highly, highly recommended to all travellers especially those like me who only have one night and need a company they can genuinely rely on. Beyond Arctic will not disappoint. My sincere thanks to the entire team, and especially to Finn, for creating an unforgettable Northern Lights adventure.

We trusted the guts of the experienced guides and took the risk and it was totally worth it. The tour was 6 hours, we drove to a really rural and dark place. It was phenomenal! “I had a great day hiking Riisitinturi national park with our guide Elja. He was very informative and took his time taking pictures. I do recommend the guests to speak up when they want pictures taken, and don’t be shy when being prompted. The walk is very easy, well marked and had a tiny incline that I can barely remember. The small groups make the experience really enjoyable. The hike itself is dog friendly, but dogs aren’t allowed in the tour vehicles if anyone travels with their puppers ☺️ The only hiccup was that the company will not contact you to confirm pickup location. I bought the tour before booking my accommodation and emailed via GetYourGuide. It wasn’t read, so I had to call to get a pickup scheduled. Otherwise smooth sailing!”

“Had a wonderful walk across a swamp completely covered in snow. The guide was very informative, and afterward, we enjoyed a delicious sausage roasted over a fire and hot berry juice in a tent.
