This two-hour guided winter cycling tour uses wide-tyred electric fatbikes to travel on snowy forest trails in Pyhä-Luosto National Park. Electric assistance supports the climbs while you continue to pedal and control the level of assistance.
Electrically assisted fatbike, an e-fatbike, is a game changer. It is arguably the most fun and versatile bicycle ever. Due to the wide, well-gripping tyres it runs smooth also on soft snow, and thanks to the electric power unit, an e-fatbike flattens the uphills. However, the joy of pedaling is not taken away. It is only up to the e-fatbike rider, how much assistance one will request by the electric assisting system of the bicycle. Often the level of assistance correlates the width of the rider’s smile!

No active cycling background is required, but a basic level of fitness is needed. The minimum recommended height is 155 cm; shorter sporty riders may fit an S-size bike, but testing the bike before booking is recommended.
Warm clothing and winter boots are not included and can be rented for 30 € per person. Pickup is offered from selected Pyhä and Luosto locations; Luosto pickup begins 30 minutes and Pyhä pickup 15 minutes before departure.
