Pickup times will be confirmed after booking. Pickup will begin approximately 30 minutes before the experience.

If you are arriving with your own car, please arrive on time. Kindly wait in the parking lot until the experience begins. Do not enter the farm area without a guide.

If you need warm outerwear and winter shoes, please make sure to add them separately during the reservation process.
No winter clothing is available at the farm.
Warm clothing and footwear will be provided before heading to the farm.
