WHAT TO EXPECT?

During this 2,5-3 hour long experience with our photographer, we visit a local reindeer farm and learn about the traditions of reindeer herding in Lapland. During your visit you will embark on 2 km sleigh ride pulled by reindeer. You will even get to feed your reindeer after the ride! You will also hear stories and learn interesting facts about reindeer herding in Lapland and how reindeer are an integral part of the nature and culture in Northern Finland.

We will depart from Rovaniemi by minibus and take a short 35-minute drive to the reindeer farm. At the farm you will hear stories of reindeer herding and get to feed and meet the reindeer. You will also enjoy a hot drink and snacks in a warm shelter.
