This is a true Husky adventure taking you deep into Arctic Wilderness. You will be a musher of your own Husky team!

Get away from the city and enjoy the magical forests of the Lappish wilderness.

The sound of panting huskies and snow underneath your sled is the perfect soundtrack for this adventure. During the tour you will drive your own team of dogs for about about 12 - 18 km. This tour is one of the best ways to experience the thrill of running a dog-team and beautiful Arctic nature.

There is always a chance to spend time with huskies after the tour, learn some interesting fact about sled dogs and make some nice photos for your memories to take back home. We have a nice warm place waiting for you after the safari to enjoy stories and hot berry juice with cookies.

We recommend this tour for guests ages 7 and older.

Transfers from Arctic SnowHotel, Apukka resort, Vaattunki Wilderness Resort, Bear’s Lodge (Extra cost 12,- € / person / direction) Please select the additional product if you require transfers from/to any of the mentioned locations.

One sled is shared by 2 adults and max 2 kids, in half way there will be a chance to switch drivers. By choosing the extra single supplement you reserve one sled per one adult.

You will be able to choose your pickup location when you make the booking. We only offer pickups from certain collective meeting points within the Rovaniemi area. Make sure this does not conflict with your schedule.

During pick up driver will look for you by your name in the reception area of the informed hotel.

Please inform us of your mobile phone number, in case we need to contact you on the day of the tour.

We will be out on a husky ride around 1,5 hours, so you need to make sure you have enough warm clothing with you.

The distance of the ride is 12-18 km depending on snow and weather conditions and your skills. Teenagers are not eligible to drive the sled themselves and will be required to sit in the sled of the guide.
