Korouoma is a millions of years old fracture valley in the bedrock. At the center of the valley, it forms a magnificent gorge that drops over a 100 meters below its surrounding terrain. You will meet your guide in the morning at the agreed place in Rovaniemi. Your guide has prepared and packed all the relevant gear for the full day adventure. Korouoma is located roughly 1 h 30 minutes by car from Rovaniemi. In Korouoma you will hike down to canyon and get ready for some awesome climbs to ice falls. After climbing you will have a brief barbecue in the canyon by open fire.
