WHAT TO EXPECT?

Professional biking guide will take you on this fascinating morning ride. You will experience some of the sweetest winter mountain biking trails and most flowy trails of Rovaniemi area. You will ride through the snowy forests and experience some amazing views from the top of Arctic hill right next to Rovaniemi city. This tour is great option for riders of all levels and it is easy to join in for adventure!

Riding up the hill during the winter is quite demanding which is why we use electric fat bikes to make this tour super fun. It helps you to keep your heartbeat low and the speed high on long climbs uphill. Electric assistance also makes riding super fun and you will experience the best of the arctic nature while on tour!

This tour is also a great opportunity to capture some amazing photos during the trip. We have some breaks during this ride when you can take out your camera and photograph the outstanding nature and landscapes.

Winter biking?

Winter biking with pedal assisted electric fatbike is easy for people who does some kind of cycling regularly. However this is a physical activity and can be challenging if you have not pedalled in many many years. Also if you are not familiar with bicycles at all, this ride might be a bit challenging one.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our smallest electric fat bikes suits around 150cm tall riders.

Weather:

The northern weather might do its tricks now and then. When the winter cycling route is in good condition riding is very easy and flowy. Like a roller coaster where you decide the speed and intensity. After snow storm riding might be more difficult and we may have to change the route plans on the go.

Trail Conditions:

We have a good knowledge of the conditions out in the trails. If the conditions are not suitable for high quality riding, we let you know and you can decide if you still want to go or to cancel the trip with full refund.
